Cam has a background in heavy mobile equipment
engineering. Cam completed his Advanced Trade as a Fitter and
Turner with Tranzrail during which time he gained experience in
hydraulic equipment installation and servicing. Cam joined Hyspecs
March 2002. After spending 2 ½ years as Aucklands Service Manager,
Cam moved into a sales engineering position until late 2011 when he
took up the Sales Manager position in our Melbourne

Sally comes from a background in accounts payable and
receivable, office administration and co-ordination. From
co-ordinating Science Classrooms with their experiments, accounts
for a school canteen where she was able to work with the staff to
turn losses into profits to day to day financial management in a
construction company. Sally finds accounting fun and enjoys working
with customers and staff to ensure that accounts run smoothly.
Sally brings a wealth of experience with 20+ years in office
administration and accounting, together with a cheerful nature
Sally is a real asset to Hyspecs.
Mark has been in the Fluid power industry for 20
years. Originally, completing a fitting and turning apprenticeship
and working as a hydraulics fitter. He then qualified with a
certificate of technology in fluid power and certificate in small
business. Experience includes service technician, internal sales
and external sales and system design in mobile, agricultural,
industrial and marine applications.
James Initially trained in the Royal New Zealand Air
force gaining National Certificates in Aeronautical engineering and
Aircraft servicing. Having gained over 13 years engineering
experience both domestic and internationally, 2 of which employed
at Marshall Aerospace Uk and 8 years at Air New Zealand. James
joined Hyspecs NZ and moved to the Australian branch at the end of
Workshop Assistant / Storeman
Since joining Hyspecs Caleb has quickly become a valued member
of the team. His willingness to learn and easy going manner has
made him a good fit.
Having no experience in the engineering field has not held him
back as he assists in producing high quality work in the workshop,
while also maintaining the store on a part time basis.
For the past 25 years Greg has been working as Service
Technician and Service Supervisor within the hydraulic industry .
For the first 4 years as technician at IH and Dresser earthmoving
equipment R&D Department in Poland.
This expeirence has enabled Greg to gain solid knowledge and hands
on experience over this time. Greg has a great wealth of knowledge
on the operation and application of hydraulic equipment.
Shane has more than 17 years of experience in
mobile & industrial hydraulics, welding & fabrication.
Manufacturing tailor-made hydraulic power units are his specialty.
He has extensive exposure in repair and fault finding, and
assisting design teams especially for equipment designed and built
in-house, e.g. thrust boring systems, hydraulic booms, cylinders
for work-over rigs etc. He has worked in the Middle East and
Australia in various capacities within the hydraulics service
Chris has an extensive background in Hydraulic Engineering with
over 30 years experience in this industry. Chris is energetic and
enjoys the challenge of finding solutions by embracing technology
with new and established products. A traditional approach with
established products will suit some applications, where as other
situations call for something new. Chris is ready to supply
customers everything from hydraulic parts to full hydraulic system
Chris is based in Brisbane and will be looking after customers
in Queensland and parts of NSW.
